The /fit/ sticky.

Since I'm going on this journey, I decided to read up a little starting with the sticky on /fit/. Fit Sticky In the dieting section, they say to start with cutting out your sodas and fast foods.  Well shit.

In my defense, we only have coke zero here and I juggle between vitamin-water zero and coke zero.  Nah.  I'm just making excuses.  I think I need to do more water straight up.   I wonder if crystal light packets negate the whole not drinking sodas thing?  

As for fast food, I've cut it down to just the weekends.  Monday-Friday its cooking at home.  Sat&Sunday, well....i'm not too proud of sat and sun.

  1. Waterwaterwaterwaterwater!!!! I cannot emphasize how much you NEED water!

    Get yourself a brita filtration pitcher and a nice sturdy plastic bottle. I have a 32oz Rubbermaid - I try to fill it up and empty it at least 4 times a day (that's 128oz of water a day!)

    I also was drinking 16oz of coffee a day, but I'm going to take a break from coffee for a month.

    Other good choices are fruity herbal teas. They say mint is an appetite suppressant, but I can't stand mint tea >_>

  4. I am doing keto dieting. Its working really well. I dropped 4lbs in 2 months, with more visible muscle tone. Thats after creatine loading, which usually ads another 6LBS to me.
